Items purchased at ABI.KIM online store are shipped by express courier. Delivery times are as follows:
– National: 2-3 working days.
– European Community: 3-7 working days.
Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. When making the order, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for payment of local customs taxes.
Customers will be held responsible for any possible expenses derived from customs or local taxes associated with any delivery.
VAT cannot be refunded for any international sales.
Our stock is distributed among several warehouses, it is possible that if your order is composed of several items, you might receive more than one package.
The usual estimated time of delivery may be affected during special periods, holidays such Christmas, Sales or one-off promotions, due to the high volume of orders.
The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment and will depend mainly on the destination and the size or weight of the package.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
To Make a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (size, fit, colour…etc), we will be pleased to change it for other that suits you better; other colour, size or style, but you will be responsible for product return shipping charges.
To accept exchanges or returns, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, retaining the original labels.
You have 14 days to return your order. This term starts to count from the moment you receive your purchase. Revocation of orders or refunds of goods outside of the specified limits will NOT be accepted.

You must use a safe box according to the size and volume of your products.
Please remember that shoes should always be returned in the same box they were delivered, and the shoe box must be protected and put inside a solid cardboard box, preferably the original packaging.
Once your package has been received, the maximum management period is 7 working days. The refund will be made through the original payment method of your purchase.
